Great guest reviews and rated as the number two hotel on Tripadvisor. This Travelodge is rated above the Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Hilton Garden Inn! The hotel was built in 1979 and a new owner closed the hotel in 2008 for renovations. The hotel underwent major renovations totaling $ 900,000 and re-opened as a “New Hotel” in September of 2008. The sale will include a one acre parcel in the rear of the building providing an opportunity for development. The hotel includes four guest rooms that have been converted into a managers apartment. The revenues have doubled since 2009 and are still growing after the renovation.
